Refreshing change from past experiences
I’m a landlord that only recently discovered Belsize Estates’ services after having used a number of other agents in Belsize Park over several years. From the outset, they explained clearly how their services worked and was flexible in allowing it to be tailored to accommodate specific requirements for the tenants and landlord. I found their advice to be knowledgeable and the comprehensive information and references sourced for the prospective tenants were a refreshing change from past experiences. I’ve had two properties in Hampstead let recently via Belsize Estates and on both occasions I was kept well informed throughout the process. The team were always available with advice and suggestions and there were no surprises. As a landlord working abroad, I can’t recommend Belsize Estates’ services enough. It’s one less thing I have to worry about.
